सदा द्वादशमासान्‌ वै जुह्मानो जातवेदसम्‌ | ब्रह्मकन्यानिवासे च सर्वभूतमनोहरे

Transliteration

sadā dvādaśa-māsān vai juhmāno jātavedasam | brahma-kanyā-nivāse ca sarva-bhūta-mano-hare ||

Translation

ビーシュマは言った。「十二か月のあいだ常にジャータヴェーダス（アグニ）に供物を捧げて火供（ホーマ）を行い、あらゆる生きものの心を魅了する梵天の乙女たちの住処に住む者は、不断の祭儀の戒律と清浄なる行いに相応する功徳を得る。」
