मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity

उपवासविधिवस्त्वेष विस्तरेण प्रकीर्तित: । नियतेष्वप्रमत्तेषु शौचवत्सु महात्मसु

upavāsavidhivastveṣa vistareṇa prakīrtitaḥ | niyateṣv apramatteṣu śaucavatsu mahātmasu, bhārata! |

ビーシュマは言った。「おおバーラタよ、この斎戒の規則と作法を、私は詳しく説き示した。これは、自制し、怠らず、清浄を守る大いなる魂の人々のためのものである。ゆえに、この教えについて汝は疑いを抱いてはならぬ。」
