मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वर्षासु वर्षतस्तावन्निवसत्यमरप्रभ: । वर्षा-ऋतुमें आकाशसे धरतीपर जितनी बूँदें गिरती हैं, उतने वर्षोतक वह देवोपम तेजस्वी पुरुष ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करता है
varṣāsu varṣatastāvan nivasaty amaraprabhaḥ |
ビーシュマは言った。「雨季に雨が降り続くかぎり、その同じ期間――モンスーンに天から地へ落ちる雨滴の数と等しい年数として量られるほどの時――神にも比すべき光輝あるその男は、梵天界（ブラフマローカ）に住まうのである。」
