Transliteration
svādhyāyais tu mahat pāpaṁ haranti gṛhamedhinaḥ
Translation
家住者（グリハスタ）は、スヴァーディヤーヤ（svādhyāya）—敬虔な自習と聖典の誦読—によって、たとえ大いなる罪であっても除き去る。これは、規律ある学びと日々の経典実践が単なる知的営みではなく、家庭生活のただ中で成し得る倫理的浄化であることを示す。
