नहुषोपाख्यानम्—दीपदान-धूप-बलीकर्म-प्रशंसा
Nahūṣa Episode and the Commendation of Lamp-Gifting and Household Offerings
एवमस्त्विति संद्ृष्टा: प्रत्यूचुस्तं नराधिप । कुन्तीनंदन! नरेश्वर! पितामह ब्रह्माका यह कथन सुनकर सब देवता हर्षसे खिल उठे और बोले--'भगवन्! ऐसा ही हो”
evam astv iti saṃdṛṣṭāḥ pratyūcus taṃ narādhipa | kuntīnandana nareśvara | pitāmaha brahmā ca yaḥ kathanaṃ śrutvā sarve devā harṣeṇa khilībhūya ūcuḥ—“bhagavan, evaṃ eva bhavatu” ||
ビーシュマは言った。「そのとおりになれ。」彼らは是認のまなざしを向けて答えた。王よ——クンティの子よ、人々の主よ。祖父（ピターマハ）とブラフマーのその言葉を聞くや、諸神は喜びに花開き、「おお祝福されし御方よ、まさしくそのとおりに」と宣言した。
