मनुष्येभ्य इति प्राहुर्बलिं द्वारि गृहस्य वै । मरुदभ्यो दैवतेभ्यश्व बलिमन्तर्गहे हरेत्
manuṣyebhya iti prāhur baliṃ dvāri gṛhasya vai | marudbhyo daivatebhyaś ca baliṃ antargṛhe haret ||
ヴァーユは言った。「人々のための供物（バリ）は家の戸口に置くべきだと説かれている。だがマルットや他の神々のためのバリは、家の内において捧げるべきである。」
