Vāraṇāvata-vivāsana-nīti: Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Duryodhana’s Policy Dialogue
द्रोणाय वेदविदुषे भारद्वाजाय धीमते । पाण्डवान् कौरवांश्वैव ददौ शिष्यान् नरर्षभ
vaiśampāyana uvāca |
droṇāya vedaviduṣe bhāradvājāya dhīmate |
pāṇḍavān kauravāṃś caiva dadau śiṣyān nararṣabha ||
ヴァイシャンパーヤナは語った。おお人中の雄よ、ビーマはパーンダヴァとカウラヴァの両方を弟子として、ドローナに託した。ドローナはバラドヴァージャの子にして、ヴェーダに通じ、慧眼を備えた賢者である。かくして王子たちは武器の学において、より高き卓越へと鍛え上げられることになった。
