Lord Vishnu (teaching Garuda/Vinatā-putra in a ritual-mantra context)
Concept: Śaraṇāgati through nāma-namaskāra and aṅga/āyudha-upāsanā; the Lord as the integrator of devatās and guṇas.
Vedantic Theme: Antaryāmin and sarvādhāratva: the One Lord pervades and governs the many (devatā, tattva, guṇa) without losing transcendence.

Even within the Ācāra (ritual) material, invoking Yama and other deities acknowledges cosmic governance and dharma; such recitations are presented as supportive disciplines that strengthen right conduct and spiritual preparedness, which the text later connects to post-death outcomes.
