(अथाम्लपित्तचिकित्सा) धात्रीनिम्बफलं तद्वद्गोमूत्रेण च चित्रकम् / वासामृतापर्पटिकानिम्बभूनिम्बमार्करैः (वैः) / त्रिफलाकुलत्थैः क्वाथः सक्षौद्रश्चाम्लपित्तहा
(athāmlapittacikitsā) dhātrīnimbaphalaṃ tadvadgomūtreṇa ca citrakam / vāsāmṛtāparpaṭikānimbabhūnimbamārkaraiḥ (vaiḥ) / triphalākulatthaiḥ kvāthaḥ sakṣaudraścāmlapittahā
ここに āmlapitta(酸の乱れ)の治法を説く。dhātrī(āmalakī)と nimba の果を取り、また citraka を牛尿にて調える。vāsā、amṛtā(guḍūcī)、parpaṭikā、nimba、bhūnimba、mārkara に triphalā と kulattha を加えて煎じ、蜂蜜とともに服せば āmlapitta を滅する。
