トリファラーをヤシュティー(甘草)とともに煎じた湯は、消化不良・消化の乱れより起こる痛みを滅する。牛尿で浄めたマンドゥーラ(酸化鉄)にトリファラー粉を合わせ、蜂蜜とギーで舐め服すれば、三ドーシャの失調による疝痛を除く。
