पच्यते शीघ्रमत्यर्थं दुष्टरक्ताश्रयस्तु सः / अतः शीघ्रं विदाहित्वाद्वद्रधिः सो ऽभीधीयते

Transliteration

pacyate śīghramatyarthaṃ duṣṭaraktāśrayastu saḥ / ataḥ śīghraṃ vidāhitvādvadradhiḥ so 'bhīdhīyate

Translation

それは悪血に依っているため、きわめて速やかに、しかも激しく化膿する。ゆえに、その迅速な灼熱の炎症ゆえ「ヴィドラディ（膿瘍）」と名づけられる。
