nārado vāmadevo ’triḥ kṛṣṇo rāmo ’sito ’ruṇiḥ ahaṁ bṛhaspatiḥ kaṇvo maitreyaś cyavanādayaḥ
Bṛhaspati is speaking, identifying the revered sages present and introducing himself among them as they meet Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
The verse highlights the sacred assembly of ṛṣis who have come to see Kṛṣṇa, emphasizing the Lord’s honoring of saintly persons and the power of holy association.
Seek genuine saintly association and learn to honor spiritually advanced people—devotion deepens when one values sādhu-saṅga and humility.
