sa uvāsa videheṣu mithilāyāṁ gṛhāśramī anīhayāgatāhārya- nirvartita-nija-kriyaḥ

彼はヴィデーハ国の都ミティラーに、法にかなう家住者として住んでいた。特別な労苦なく得られる食によって身を保ち、自らの務めを滞りなく果たしていた。
