te śārṅga-cyuta-bāṇaughaiḥ kṛtta-bāhv-aṅghri-kandharāḥ nipetuḥ pradhane kecid eke santyajya dudruvuḥ

彼らは主の弓シャールンガから放たれる矢の奔流に呑まれた。ある王たちは腕・脚・首を断たれて戦場に倒れ、残りは戦いを捨てて逃げ去った。
