श्रीशुक उवाच एवं सम्प्रार्थितो विप्र: स्वचिकीर्षितमेव तत् । चकार नामकरणं गूढो रहसि बालयो: ॥ ११ ॥
śrī-śuka uvāca evaṁ samprārthito vipraḥ sva-cikīrṣitam eva tat cakāra nāma-karaṇaṁ gūḍho rahasi bālayoḥ
シュカデーヴァ・ゴースヴァーミーは続けた。ナンダ・マハーラージャにこのように特別に請われ、もとより望んでいたこととして、ブラーフマナのガルガ牟尼は人目を避けた場所で密かに、クリシュナとバララーマの命名の儀を執り行った。
