tam āgatam abhipretya munayo dīrgha-satriṇaḥ abhinandya yathā-nyāyaṁ praṇamyotthāya cārcayan
主の到来を悟った長期のサトラ祭に従事する聖仙たちは、作法にかなって主を歓待した。立ち上がり、礼拝してひれ伏し、そして供養して崇拝した。
This verse highlights yathā-nyāyam—receiving with proper etiquette: offering obeisances, rising respectfully, welcoming words, and worshipful service.
They recognized he had come for the very purpose they desired, so they honored him in a dharmic way—bowing, standing up, and offering worship befitting his position.
Receive saints, teachers, and guests with humility—offer respectful greetings, attentive listening, and sincere service, keeping the mood of honor rather than entitlement.
