श्रीशुक उवाच इत्युदीरितमाकर्ण्य देवर्षेरुद्धवोऽब्रवीत् । सभ्यानां मतमाज्ञाय कृष्णस्य च महामति: ॥ १ ॥

Transliteration

śrī-śuka uvāca ity udīritam ākarṇya devaṛṣer uddhavo ’bravīt sabhyānāṁ matam ājñāya kṛṣṇasya ca mahā-matiḥ

Translation

シュカデーヴァは語った。デーヴァリシ・ナーラダの言葉をこのように聞き、会衆の意見とシュリー・クリシュナの御意向を悟った大賢ウッダヴァは、語り始めた。
