This verse describes Sudarśana as Mukunda’s divine weapon, blazing like millions of suns, illuminating all directions and overpowering even a fierce fiery weapon.
To convey its overwhelming, irresistible potency—its radiance and power are depicted as on the scale of the universe-ending fire, emphasizing that no material weapon can stand before it.
The verse encourages faith that divine shelter is stronger than fear and hostility—cultivating devotion, remembrance, and surrender helps one face threats with steadiness and trust.
