This verse describes the Vraja cowherds greeting Kṛṣṇa with smiles, handclasps, and other intimate, affectionate gestures—showing devotion expressed through close personal relationship.
Seeing Kṛṣṇa comfortably seated and rested, the assembled gopas came near and, out of loving concern and friendship, began to inquire from Him.
Cultivate devotion that is warm and personal—serve God not only with formality, but also with sincere affection, attentiveness, and heartfelt connection.
