This verse praises Krishna (Vāsudeva/Viṣṇu) as the ādi-bīja—the primal seed and source from whom all existence proceeds, affirming Him as the Supreme Person (Puruṣa).
After Krishna defeats Narakasura and frees them from captivity, they express gratitude and surrender, recognizing Him not merely as a hero but as the all-pervading Lord and perfect consciousness.
By cultivating daily humility and surrender—offering gratitude, remembering the Lord as the ultimate shelter and source, and aligning choices with dharma and devotion rather than ego.
