bhūmir uvāca namas te deva-deveśa śaṅkha-cakra-gadā-dhara bhaktecchopātta-rūpāya paramātman namo ’stu te
This verse praises Kṛṣṇa as “bhaktecchopātta-rūpa”—the Supreme Self who willingly assumes a form in response to the devotee’s loving desire, emphasizing His personal, reciprocating nature.
Bhūmi-devī glorifies Kṛṣṇa’s divine supremacy by addressing Him with Viṣṇu’s identifying emblems (conch, disc, mace), affirming Him as the Lord of all gods and the protector who relieves the earth’s burden.
Approach God with sincere devotion and a personal relationship—this verse encourages heartfelt prayer and trust that the Lord responds to genuine bhakti, guiding and protecting according to one’s surrendered intent.
