Pradyumna’s Abduction, Mahā-māyā, and the Slaying of Śambara
तामापतन्तीं भगवान् प्रद्युम्नो गदया गदाम् । अपास्य शत्रवे क्रुद्ध: प्राहिणोत् स्वगदां नृप ॥ २० ॥
tām āpatantīṁ bhagavān pradyumno gadayā gadām apāsya śatrave kruddhaḥ prāhiṇot sva-gadāṁ nṛpa
王よ、シャンバラの棍棒が飛来すると、主プラデュムナは自らの棍棒でそれを打ち払った。ついで怒り、敵へ自分の棍棒を投げ放った。
