Kṛṣṇa Comforts His Parents, Restores Ugrasena, Studies with Sāndīpani, and Returns the Guru’s Son
yathopasādya tau dāntau gurau vṛttim aninditām grāhayantāv upetau sma bhaktyā devam ivādṛtau
This verse states that Kṛṣṇa and Balarāma approached their guru with discipline and learned blameless conduct, honoring the teacher with devotion as one would honor the Lord.
To demonstrate ideal student behavior: approaching the guru respectfully, learning proper conduct, and offering devotional honor—showing that spiritual knowledge is received through humility and guru-reverence.
Seek qualified guidance, practice humility and self-control, and learn not only information but also character—making your daily conduct “anindita,” beyond reproach.
