इति घोरतमाद् भावात् सन्निवृत्त: स्वयं प्रभु: । आस्ते प्रतीक्षंस्तज्जन्म हरेर्वैरानुबन्धकृत् ॥ २३ ॥
iti ghoratamād bhāvāt sannivṛttaḥ svayaṁ prabhuḥ āste pratīkṣaṁs taj-janma harer vairānubandha-kṛt
シュカデーヴァ・ゴースヴァーミーは語った。こう思案した結果、カンサは至上主への敵意を保つ決意は変えぬまま、妹を残忍に殺すことは自ら思いとどまった。彼はハリの誕生を待ち、その後に必要なことを行うと決めた。
