ततो गच्छेत धर्मज्ञ तीर्थ त्रैलोक्यविश्रुतम्‌ । लोका यत्रोद्धता: पूर्व विष्णुना प्रभविष्णुना,धर्मज्ञ! तदनन्तर त्रिभुवनविख्यात लोकोद्धारतीर्थमें जाय, जो तीनों लोकोंमें पूजित है। वहाँ पूर्वकालमें सर्वशक्तिमान्‌ भगवान्‌ विष्णुने कितने ही लोकोंका उद्धार किया था। राजन! लोकोद्धारमें जाकर उस उत्तम तीर्थमें स्नान करनेसे मनुष्य आत्मीय जनोंका उद्धार करता है

tato gacchet dharmajña tīrtha trailokyaviśrutam | lokā yatroddhatāḥ pūrvaṃ viṣṇunā prabhaviṣṇunā ||

Then, O knower of dharma, one should proceed to that sacred ford renowned throughout the three worlds—the place where, in ancient times, the all-powerful Lord Viṣṇu raised up and delivered many worlds. Bathing at that excellent tīrtha is said to become a means by which a person brings uplift and deliverance to one’s own people as well.
