प्रियमेव तु सर्वेषां यद्‌ ब्रवीम्युत किंचन । सर्वे हि व्यसन प्राप्ता: सर्वे युद्धाभिनन्दिन:,मैं जो कुछ कहता हूँ, वह सबको प्रिय है। हम सब लोग संकटमें पड़े हैं और सभी युद्धका अभिनन्दन करते हैं

priyam eva tu sarveṣāṁ yad bravīmy uta kiñcana | sarve hi vyasana-prāptāḥ sarve yuddhābhinandinaḥ ||

Bhīmasena said: “Whatever little I say is meant to be agreeable to everyone. For we are all overtaken by calamity, and all of us welcome the prospect of battle.”
