Transliteration

samutthasthur mahārāja vānarā labdhacetasaḥ |

Translation

Mārkaṇḍeya said: “O great king, the vānaras rose up again, their consciousness restored. When Brahmā assented, saying, ‘So be it,’ and as soon as those words were spoken, all the vānaras regained awareness and returned to life.”
