गतासु तासु सर्वासु त्रिजटा नाम राक्षसी । सान्त्वयामास वैदेहीं धर्मज्ञा प्रियवादिनी,वहाँ केवल धर्मको जाननेवाली प्रियवादिनी त्रिजटा नामकी राक्षसी रह गयी। अन्य सब राक्षसियोंके चले जानेपर उसने सीताको सान्त्वना देते हुए कहा--

Transliteration

gatāsu tāsū sarvāsū trijaṭā nāma rākṣasī | sāntvayāmāsa vaidehīṃ dharmajñā priyavādinī ||

Translation

When all the other rākṣasīs had departed, only the rākṣasī named Trijaṭā remained. Knowing what is right (dharma) and speaking gently, she consoled Vaidehī (Sītā), offering reassurance amid fear and isolation.
