तामिन्द्रसेनस्त्वरितो 5भिसृत्य रथादवप्लुत्य ततो5भ्यधावत् । प्रोवाच चैनां वचन नरेन्द्र धात्रेयिकामन्तितरस्तदानीम्,राजा जनमेजय! उसे रोती देख सारथि इन्द्रसेन तुरंत रथसे कूद पड़ा और वहाँसे दौड़कर धात्रेयिकाके अत्यन्त निकट जाकर उस समय इस प्रकार बोला--
