वैशम्पायन उवाच
The verse highlights dharmic conduct expressed as personal service (seva) to a noble elder—honoring truthfulness and dignity through practical care such as providing water, clothing, and food.
A speaker reports that she personally and continually attends upon Kuntī, describing concrete acts of care—supplying drink/water, clothing, and meals—thereby portraying Kuntī’s honored status and the attendant’s devoted service.
