अहंकार विहायाहं कामक्रोधौ च सर्वदा । सदारान् पाण्डवान् नित्यं प्रयतोपचराम्पहम्,“मैं अहंकार और काम-क्रोधको छोड़कर सदा पूरी सावधानीके साथ सब पाण्डवोंकी और उनकी अन्यान्य स्त्रियोंकी भी सेवा करती हूँ
ahaṅkāraṁ vihāyāhaṁ kāmakrodhau ca sarvadā | sadārān pāṇḍavān nityaṁ prayatopacarāmy aham ||
Vaiśaṃpāyana said: “Casting aside pride, and ever abandoning desire and anger, I constantly and with careful diligence attend upon the Pāṇḍavas—together with their wives—rendering them devoted service.”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
