The hunter said: For one who, at all times and in every condition, truly sees all beings as the Self, established in Brahman, there can be no real association with inauspicious action. Such a knower does not become tainted by evil, because his vision is rooted in the one reality present in all.
व्याध उवाच
A person established in Brahman, who consistently perceives all beings as the one Self across every circumstance, is not truly tainted by inauspicious action; the non-dual vision prevents moral and karmic contamination from taking hold.
In the Vyādha’s instruction on dharma (the hunter’s discourse), he explains to his listener that genuine spiritual realization—seeing the Self in all beings—transforms one’s relation to action, making association with evil or impurity impossible for the Brahman-realized knower.
