कृतयुगवर्णनम् तथा राजधर्मोपदेशः

ततः समुद्र पश्यामि यादोगणनिषेवितम् । रत्नाकरममित्रघ्न पयसो निधिमुत्तमम्,शत्रुसूदन! इसके बाद जलजन्तुओंसे भरे हुए अगाध जलके भण्डार परम उत्तम रत्नाकर समुद्रको भी देखा
Transliteration
tataḥ samudraṁ paśyāmi yādogaṇa-niṣevitam | ratnākaraṁ amitraghna payaso nidhim uttamam śatrusūdana ||
Translation
Then I beheld the ocean—frequented by multitudes of aquatic beings—an unfathomable and excellent treasury of waters, a mine of jewels. O slayer of foes, O subduer of enemies, thus did I see that supreme sea.
