बहूनि च सहस्राणि प्रयतान्यर्बुदान्यपि । रथेनानेन दैत्यानां जितवान् मघवा युधि,“इनके सिवा अन्य बहुत-से दैत्योंको भी इस रथके द्वारा पराजित किया है, जिनकी संख्या सहस्रों, लाखों और अरबोंतक पुहँच गयी है
bahūni ca sahasrāṇi prayatāny arbudāny api | rathenānena daityānāṃ jitavān maghavā yudhi ||
Arjuna said: “With this very chariot, Maghavā (Indra) has conquered in battle not only these, but also many other hosts of Dāityas—so numerous that their count reached into thousands, lakhs, and even crores. This recalls how rightful strength, when aligned with divine order, can subdue overwhelming forces of disorder.”
