गणाक्षाप्सरसां तत्र गन्धर्वाणां तथैव च । पुरस्ताद् देवदेवस्य जगुर्गीतानि सर्वश:,सब गन्धर्वों और अप्सराओंके समूह वहाँ देवराज इन्द्रके आगे रहकर गीत गा रहे थे
gaṇāś cāpsarasāṃ tatra gandharvāṇāṃ tathaiva ca | purastād devadevasya jagur gītāni sarvaśaḥ ||
Arjuna said: “There, in that place, the assembled hosts of Apsarases and Gandharvas stood before the lord of the gods and sang songs on every side.” The scene underscores a celestial order in which divine beings honor their sovereign through disciplined, harmonious praise, reflecting reverence and propriety rather than rivalry or disorder.

The verse highlights reverent order: celestial beings express loyalty and honor through harmonious song before their sovereign, suggesting that excellence (art, music) is ethically elevated when aligned with respect, discipline, and rightful authority.
Arjuna describes a divine courtly scene where Gandharvas and Apsarases gather and sing in front of Indra, portraying the splendor and protocol of Indra’s celestial assembly.
