मोदयन्‌ सर्वभूतानि गन्धमादनसम्भव: । सर्वगन्धवहस्तत्र मारुत: सुसुखो ववौ,गन्धमादनसे उठी हुई वायु सम्पूर्ण सुगन्धकी राशि लेकर समस्त प्राणियोंको आनन्दित करती हुई सुखद मन्द गतिसे बह रही थी

Transliteration

vaiśampāyana uvāca | modayan sarvabhūtāni gandhamādanasambhavaḥ | sarvagandhavahas tatra mārutaḥ susukho vavau ||

Translation

Vaiśampāyana said: A gentle, pleasant breeze, born from Gandhamādana and laden with every kind of fragrance, blew there, delighting all living beings.
