स मे भ्राता महावीर्यस्तुल्यो5हं तस्य तेजसा । बले पराक्रमे युद्धे शक्तोडहं तव निग्रहे,वे महापराक्रमी वानरवीर मेरे भाई लगते हैं। मैं भी उन्हींके समान तेजस्वी, बलवान् और पराक्रमी हूँ तथा युद्धमें तुम्हें परास्त कर सकता हूँ
sa me bhrātā mahāvīryas tulyo 'haṃ tasya tejasā | bale parākrame yuddhe śakto 'haṃ tava nigrahe ||
Bhima said: “He is my brother, a hero of great might; in splendor I am his equal. In strength, in valor, and in battle too, I am capable of subduing you.” In this moment Bhima asserts kinship and honor while issuing a measured challenge—grounding his threat not in cruelty but in the warrior’s ethic of proving strength and protecting one’s own.
