स्निग्धपत्रैरविरलै: शीतच्छायैर्मनोरमै: । सरांसि च विचित्राणि प्रसन्नसनलिलानि च,उपर्युक्त वृक्षोंके पत्ते चिकने और सघन थे। उनकी छाया शीतल थी। वे मनको बड़े ही रमणीय लगते थे। उस वनमें कितने ही विचित्र सरोवर भी थे, जो स्वच्छ जलसे भरे हुए थे

Transliteration

snigdhapatrair aviralaiḥ śītacchāyair manoramaiḥ | sarāṃsi ca vicitrāṇi prasannasalilāni ca ||

Translation

Ghaṭotkaca described the forest as filled with trees whose leaves were smooth and densely spread, casting a cool and delightful shade. He also spoke of many wondrous lakes there, brimming with clear, tranquil waters—an inviting landscape that offers rest and refreshment amid the hardships of exile.
