द्यूतेन वज्चितो राजा यत्‌ त्वया सौबलेन च | वने दुःखं च यत्‌ प्राप्तमस्माभिस्त्वत्कृतं महत्‌

dyūtena vañcito rājā yat tvayā saubalena ca | vane duḥkhaṃ ca yat prāptam asmābhis tvat-kṛtaṃ mahat ||

Sañjaya said: “The king was cheated in the dice-game by you and by Śakuni of Subala’s line; and the great suffering that we endured in the forest—this too was brought about by you.”
