Sañjaya said: Then, O king, mighty-armed Arjuna—his aim now secured—drove forward in his chariot. His horses were white, and Bhagavān Śrī Kṛṣṇa himself served as his charioteer, underscoring that Arjuna’s martial resolve moved in concert with divine guidance amid the demands of war.

The verse highlights disciplined action: once one’s aim is firmly set (labdhalakṣya), one proceeds decisively. It also frames human effort within right guidance—Arjuna’s advance is strengthened by Kṛṣṇa as sārathi, suggesting that skill and resolve are most effective when aligned with dharma and wise counsel.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that Arjuna, having found his mark and regained tactical focus, moves forward in his chariot. The detail that Kṛṣṇa is his charioteer and the horses are white emphasizes Arjuna’s distinctive war-car and the presence of divine strategy in the unfolding battle.
