सा समाश्चासिता तेन भीमसेनेन भामिनी । उसे गिरी हुई देख क्रोधमें भरे हुए सत्यपराक्रमी भीमसेनने उछलकर दोनों बाँहोंसे उसको उठा लिया और उस मानिनी पत्नीको धीरज बँधाया
sā samāśvāsitā tena bhīmasenena bhāminī |
Vaiśampāyana said: The proud lady was consoled by Bhīmasena. Seeing her fallen, Bhīmasena—whose valor was true and unwavering, and who was filled with wrath—sprang forward, lifted her up with both arms, and steadied his noble wife with words of reassurance. The scene underscores a warrior’s duty not only to fight but also to protect and restore courage in the afflicted, especially within the bonds of marriage and kinship after calamity.
