Shloka 66

भीम॑ समनन्‍्तात्‌ समरे5 भ्यरोहन्‌ वृक्ष शकुन्ता इव जातपक्षा: | जैसे जिनके पंख निकल आये हैं, वे पक्षी सब ओरसे उड़कर किसी वृक्षपर चढ़ बैठते हैं, उसी प्रकार भीमसेनके उत्तम बाणोंसे आहत और विदीर्ण होनेवाले प्रधान-प्रधान नरेश समरांगणमें सब ओरसे भीमसेनपर ही चढ़ आये

sañjaya uvāca | bhīmaṃ samantāt samare 'bhyarohan vṛkṣa-śakuntā iva jātapakṣāḥ |

Sañjaya said: As newly fledged birds, their wings having grown, fly in from every side and alight upon a tree, so in that battlefield the foremost kings—wounded and torn by Bhīmasena’s excellent arrows—closed in upon Bhīma from all directions, seeking to overwhelm him together.
