ततोडअर्जुनो नवत्या तु शराणां नतपर्वणाम्‌

tato 'rjuno navatyā tu śarāṇāṃ nataparvaṇām

Then Arjuna struck him with ninety arrows whose joints were bent—an intense, disciplined volley that displays the warrior’s trained restraint and precision amid the moral pressure of battle.
