Sañjaya said: “Behold the swiftness of this bull among men, the Pāṇḍava prince. As he rapidly fits the arrows and releases them, only the circular sweep of his bow is seen along the paths of the chariot.”

The verse highlights kṣatriya excellence expressed as disciplined speed and precision in battle—skill used in service of one’s duty, where mastery of action (karma-kauśala) becomes a mark of heroic conduct.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra the astonishing rapidity of a Pāṇḍava prince in combat: he fits arrows and releases them so fast that observers perceive mainly the whirling arc of his bow as the chariot moves through the battlefield lanes.
