Transliteration

sarvam āvignam abhavat tan na prājñāyata kiñcana

Translation

Sañjaya said: Everything became thrown into confusion, and nothing could be clearly ascertained. In the moral fog of battle, discernment failed and certainty vanished amid the turmoil.
