Shloka 16

तान्‌ समापतत: सर्वान्‌ भारद्वाजो महारथ:

tān samāpatataḥ sarvān bhāradvājo mahārathaḥ

Sañjaya said: As all of them rushed in together, the great chariot-warrior Bhāradvāja met their onslaught—standing firm in the storm of battle, embodying the Kṣatriya duty of confronting danger without retreat.
