एते स्थास्यन्ति संग्रामे पाण्डवानां वधार्थिन: । जयमाकाड्क्षमाणा हि कौरवेयस्य दंशिता:,“ये वीरगण कुरुराज दुर्योधनकी जय चाहते हुए पाण्डवोंके वधकी इच्छासे संग्राममें कवच बाँधकर डट जायाँगे

Transliteration

ete sthāsyanti saṅgrāme pāṇḍavānāṃ vadhārthinaḥ | jayam ākāṅkṣamāṇā hi kauraveyasya daṃśitāḥ ||

Translation

Sañjaya said: “These warriors will stand firm in the battle, intent on the slaughter of the Pāṇḍavas. For, desiring victory for the Kaurava prince, they will be fully armed and resolute.”
