यदेको राक्षसीं सेनां क्षणाद् द्रौणिर्महास्त्रवित् । ददाह ज्वलितैबणि राक्षसेन्द्रस्य पश्यत:,क्योंकि महान् अस्त्रवेत्ता अश्वत्थामाने अकेले ही उस राक्षसी सेनाको राक्षसराज घटोत्कचके देखते-देखते अपने प्रज्वलित बाणोंद्वारा क्षणभरमें भस्म कर दिया
