घटोत्कच-कर्णयुद्धम्

Ghaṭotkaca–Karna Combat and the Release of Śakti

परं यत्नं कुर्वतां च त्वया सार्थ रणाजिरे

paraṁ yatnaṁ kurvatāṁ ca tvayā sārtha raṇājire

“Even while you and your companions exert your utmost effort on the battlefield, …” (Karna speaks in the midst of combat, stressing the limits of human striving amid the moral pressure and uncertainty of war.)
