विशोकश्चाभवद् राजा श्रुत्वा तं निनदं तयो: । धनंजयस्य समरे जयमाशास्तवान् विभु:,उन दोनोंका सिंहनाद सुनकर राजाका शोक दूर हो गया। वे शक्तिशाली नरेश समरभूमिमें अर्जुनकी विजयके लिये शुभ कामना करने लगे

Sanjaya said: Hearing the lion-like roar of those two, the king became free from grief. That mighty ruler then began to hope for—and inwardly bless—the victory of Dhana f1jaya (Arjuna) on the battlefield. In the midst of war, a single sound of courage can restore a shaken mind, turning despair into resolve and directing the heart toward what one believes to be righteous success.
